Net $43.10  Saved 74% after OYNO

 

Susan tried out this recipe yesterday and said they were DELICIOUS so I thought I’d share!!

Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

 Ingredients

1 Cup of Chunky or Creamy Peanut Butter

¾ Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar

1 Large Egg

¾ teaspoon of Baking Soda

 Directions

Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer

Drop level teaspoon-fuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets (I used my 2 teaspoon size cookie scoop)

Bake 8-10 minutes on 350 degrees until cookies are puffed and starting to lightly brown on the eges.

Let cool for 5 minutes.   Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

 

Makes 4 dozen 1 teaspoon cookies or 2 dozen 2 teaspoon cookies.
