Last week I made this and I just got around to typing up the recipe for you all! I don’t have a name for it since it’s kind of a combination of a bunch of them.. It was very tasty and filling!!

I made my crust from scratch but you could easily use a premade store bought one. I also used Garlic Olive Oil instead of regular olive oil. I bought it at the Olive Mill in Queen Creek. Also, I made my dough in my bread maker but you could make it by hand. [Read more...]
